Supply and installation of post-tensioning systems

Post-tensioning systems have been successfully implemented in numerous projects of works of art, civil and industrial constructions, using state-of-the-art materials and equipments.
The use of post-tensioned slabs allows the reduction of the weight of the superstructure and, consequently, of the seismic loads. Also, this method of execution significantly reduces the execution times due to the simple way of realising the formworks and the active and passive reinforcement.

Bridge over the Somesul Mic river on Portelanului Street (Portelanului Bridge)

The works on this project consisted in the construction of a new bridge with a 54 lm single span. The technical solution adopted was 'Warren truss' beams, with one lane in each direction, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, as well as re-profiling and embankment works. The project included also a new energy efficient street and architectural lighting and reorganisation of the adjacent areas.

Sustainable Urban Mobility Corridor in "Emanuil Gojdu" Square Oradea - Stage I

The works on this project consisted in the construction of 6 underpasses, 12.117 square metres of sidewalks, 660 linear metres of bicycle lanes, 990 linear metres of lanes for public transport, upgraded road infrastructure, upgraded tram lines, new construction and upgraded transport stations, as well as trees planting, shrubs and new irrigation networks.
The overall aim of the project is to reduce carbon emissions in Oradea by creating a sustainable urban mobility corridor.

Sustainable Urban Mobility Corridor in "Emanuil Gojdu" Square Oradea - Stage II

The works on this project have solved the traffic deficiencies that significantly affected the public transport, their location being the meeting point for more than 80% of tram and bus routes in Oradea.
The works on this project consisted also in the realization of roundabouts crossed by an underpass with a length of 33.7 lm, road infrastructure works that intersect with the tram lines, utilities undercrossings, lighting and landscaping works.

Bridge over the Somesul Mic river, connection between Oasului Street and Rasaritului Street

The works on this project consisted in the construction of a bridge with a single span of 48.10 lm, arches and tie rods, carrigeway at the bottom and two sections of road, with a total length of 216 lm, including the roadway, sidewalks and bicycle lanes.
The construction of the bridge and the arrangement of the junctions related to the bridge have contributed to the fluidisation of the traffic, decongestion of the junctions in the area, as well as realization of economic and recreational activities in the parks in the area.

Pedestrian and velo bridge over the Somes river in Satu Mare municipality

The works on this project consisted in the construction of a pedestrian and velo bridge in tied-arch system, carrigeway at the bottom and 2 side spans.
The aim of the project was to create a coherent network of bicycle lanes and to modernise the pedestrian routes, in order to sustainably transfer part of the modal share from private to public transport.

Bridge construction over Jiu de la Meri and DN66 rehabilitation km 106+220 - km 106+965

The works on this project consisted in the construction of a new monolith arch bridge, carrigeway at the top, the first one built in Romania in the past 30 years, as well as the execution of retrofitt works for the road sector DN66 in the area of Lainici Monastery.
By optimizing the initial solution numerous benefits were brought to the project, including fitting into the specific style of the area, the decrease of the carbon footprint and the increase of the durability of the works because the materials used have a durability of over 100 years.

Virtutii - Nod Ciurel bridge

Virtutii - Nod Ciurel bridge is a complex infrastructure construction, which consists of a cable-stayed bridge over the Dambovita river, 2 overpasses over the Virtutii road and a ground level bridge over the Dambovita River and 9 road connections.
The works on this project consisted in the supply and installation of the FREYSSINET H2000 stay-cable system with 48 cables and the execution of post-tensioning works of the deck.

Innovative solution green light tramway lane project Dacia Bridge - Magheru Boulevard, Oradea

The works on this project consisted in construction of an underpass bridge under Bd. Magheru, 2 access ramps, rehabilitation works at Dacia bridge, tramway and road works.
The scope of this project was to improve the traffic flow in the area by creating a third lane on the bridge, solving the traffic problems on Bd. Magheru and prioritizing the public transport by creating a green light lane for the tram.

Bridge construction over Crisul Repede between Plevnei street and Szigligeti Ede street

The works on this project consisted in two stages: the demolition of the old bridge and the construction of a new arch bridge with a mixed steel-concrete deck supported by tie rods and 2 roundabouts.
The construction of this bridge, also called the Centenary Bridge, is one of Freyrom landmark project.

Overpass over Oradea's ring road, in Nojoridului street area

The works on this project consisted in the construction of an overpass over Oradea bypass, with a single span of 33 lm, ramps for the overpass and connection roads with the ring road and the adjacent streets.
In order to improve the traffic flow, the junctions between the connection roads and the adjacent streets were made through roundabout and the connection with the ring road was made through acceleration and deceleration lanes.

Road bridge over Oituz at Poiana Sarata on DN11, km 90+450

The works on this project consisted in the demolition of the existing bridge and the construction of a new bridge with a single span of 22.4 lm and a total length of 38.87 lm.
The aim of the works was to improve the general traffic conditions and to increase the traffic safety and the speed traffic.

Road bridge at km 0+540 of the Danube-Black Sea Canal

The works on this project consisted in the design, supply and installation of the FREYSSINET H2000 stay-cable system with 64 cables.
The purpose of building the bridge was to provide a connection between the northern and southern parts of the harbour, which were previously separated by the Danube-Black Sea Canal.
